New Units of Study and Flowering Plants
In third grade we have launched five new units of study: Multiplication and Division in Math, Traditional Stories in Language Arts, and North American Geography: Mexico in Social Studies. In Science we are measuring, graphing, and observing plant growth. Our fast growing Brassica seeds started flowering 3 weeks after planting!

Fabulous Assembly
Today the third and fourth grade did a wonderful job presenting their life-size humpback whale and whale research. Thanks to Marcia Bernard and Debbie Lee for helping to create the slideshow and assembly presentation. Thanks to B.Z. Reily for taking on a whale size project with the third grade!
